dear myfedloan.org.
when i request a payoff amount for a particular loan (which happens to be both the one with the lowest balance and the one with the highest interest), and then click the “pay off a loan” button and make a payment in the exact amount required to pay off that loan, WHY would you apportion my payment among all four of the loans I have through you?
now that is just fucking idiotic.
