some things you might not know about me.
- i always wanted to be a nun. for a long time i figured i couldn’t because i wasn’t catholic. then i became catholic, and now i can’t because i’ve realized i’m meant to get married and have kids.
- i’m very glad to have met the right person for me, but it makes me sad that the fact that he’s a man means that i’m now invisibly bisexual.
- i’m not mad at my ex-husband anymore. i actually really like him now. i just like him better from afar.
- i am terribly shy in certain situations and not at all shy in others. if you met me in one category of contexts, you would hardly recognize me in the other.
- i feel a little wistful about all of these things.
